To represent a City or area as a receiving referral realtor:
1. You must be an active Licensed Realtor in good standing.
2. You must be a member of the NAR National Association of Realtors.
2. You must have a minimum of 5 years licensed real estate agent experience or 60 closed transactions.
3. You must be a customer service All-Star
4. You must sign the real estate Performance Pledge of quality service including the Realtor Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
5. There is a $100 per year fee to represent a city or area listed in the 40percentreferral.com directory.

7. There are no requirements or fees for the real estate agent/broker placing the referral, but you must be an active licensed real estate agent/broker in good standing.
